Job Description As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, addressing client inquiries, and providing guidance on our feng shui products and services. This role requires a unique blend of interpersonal skills, feng shui knowledge, and business acumen. Job Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Provide information and guidance on our feng shui products and services. Educate clients on the principles of feng shui and how our offerings can benefit them. Collaborate with the sales team to promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Ensure clear and effective communication with clients through various channels (email, phone, in-person meetings). Keep clients informed about new products, services, and promotions. Gather feedback from clients and communicate it internally for continuous improvement. Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues. Identify recurring issues and work towards implementing preventative measures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions. Document client preferences, feedback, and any relevant information. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in customer relationship management. Passionate in metaphysics/feng shui principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving ability and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
