Job Roles Perform daily operational support services including policy inquiry assistance, policy renewal assistance, support the connection between HPD/ AP and Operations. Through the program, the prot g would help the company to secure the renewal of policies of the existing HPD customers. For the customer communication, prot g will be trained by Etiqa Oneline customer service team to help familiarize with the approach. Perform daily end-to-end renewal services including doing calls to customer, capturing the renewal data, process the payment details and handling the policy issuance. Prot g will be familiar with the Insurance industry terms and business. He/ She would also be practicing good time management, as well as brushing up his/ her communication skills with the customers. Requirements & Responsibilities Fresh graduate or less 1 year experience with Bachelor's Degree in related field.
