- Prepare quotations and issue sales policy cover notes for partners efficiently.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer orders, addressing any issues promptly to maintain correct and updated information.
- Build in-depth knowledge of our insurance products to provide personalised recommendations that align with customers' needs and preferences.
- Process customer transactions and issue policies using the appropriate portals.
- Efficiency, accuracy and speed in generating quotations are crucial for maintaining high performance and meeting client expectations.
- Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - is a plus!
- Individuals with the flexibility to commit to gaining hands-on experience for an extended period are welcome to apply as well.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail.
