- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma / in Logistic & Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 2 years or more of working experience in the related field is required for this position preferably in export/import. Preferably specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Fluent in spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin will be added advantage as the company deals with overseas Mandarin speaking customers
- Applicants MUST be Malaysian citizens.
- Familiar with the Malaysian custom procedures, shipping documentation, export procedures to countries worldwide.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced working environment.
- Broad experience in Shipping, Exporting, Customs and other matters.
- Attention to detail, Accurate, Organized, be resourceful, independent with initiative, inter-personal and problem-solving skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.

- Possess own transport.
- Assist in managing all Supply Chain related activities, shipment tracking, and order fulfillment.
- Prepare Purchase Order, Air waybills, bills of lading, Insurance Certificate, Packing List, customs declaration, invoices and all shipping related documents manually or by computer.
- Maintain vendors & shipping record-keeping system.
- Ensure proper documentation is in place according to the company's ISO SOP.
- Responsible for both import & export delivery arrangement to ensure timely order fulfillment and replenishment.
- Coordinate with Project team, suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, shipping agents, custom officers etc. to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any potential issues.
- Prepare Certificate of Origin from Chamber of Commerce and MITI (such as but not limited to Form A, Form D, Form E, Form MPCEPA, Form AKFTA, Form AANZFTA and etc.).
