SUMMARY OF POSITION
Working under Direct Superior, assisting in Supply Chain department.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Approve and process invoices generated by the system
2) Create GRN for goods return
3) Organizing and maintaining records on system
4) Compiling data and generating reports for supervisor
5) Communicating with suppliers and logistics team
6) To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to timeREQUIRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCES: -
a) At least a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management/other related studies
b) Intermediate Excel Sheet skills
c) Must be proficient with written and spoken English, Malay, and Mandarin (Preferred)
d) Preferred those with experience in FMCG
e) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
f) Five and the half days work week (Half day on Saturday)
