What You'll Do Lead end-to-end campaign management across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms. Develop and implement scalable paid media strategies to achieve ROAS and CPA goals. Manage large ad budgets with precision and accountability. Continuously optimize campaigns through audience testing, bid strategies, and creative iteration. Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad concepts that convert. Analyze campaign data and deliver insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations. Stay up-to-date with platform changes and digital marketing trends to keep campaigns ahead of the curve. What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of paid media buying experience, with a focus on performance marketing. Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and reporting tools. Proven ability to manage six-figure monthly budgets and achieve profitability targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Bonus Points For: Experience with programmatic advertising (DV360). Knowledge of creative testing frameworks and ad psychology.
