Reporting directly to the HR Ops & Payroll Manager, you will lead end-to-end HR operations and solutions that shape both employee experience and business success. Your responsibilities cover performance management, payroll, rewards (C&B) and HRMS operations , all of which are critical to keeping our workforce engaged, motivated and future-ready. What You'll Be Doing: HR Operations Oversee daily HR operations and ensure processes run smoothly and on time Provide guidance to the team and employees on policies, procedures and escalated matters Ensure accurate payroll processing within deadlines Streamline HR processes by maximizing HRMS tools and driving continuous improvement Compensation & Benefits Lead salary and benefits benchmarking and review pay ranges based on market trends Drive C&B projects aligned with PPB Group initiatives Oversee annual insurance renewals with brokers and PPB Group Resolve reward-related issues and ensure fair, compliant remuneration Implement performance-linked rewards during bonus and increment cycles Performance Management Support leaders in cascading goals and KPIs through the SAP-SF platform Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure consistent performance standards Compliance Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws and regulations Identify compliance gaps, propose action plans and implement solutions People Leadership Manage, coach and develop the HR Ops team to strengthen performance Foster accountability, collaboration and team success Promote positive workplace behaviors and provide constructive feedback ???? What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field 5-8 years of proven experience in HR operations, payroll and compensation & benefits, preferably in MNC or shared services environments Hands-on experience with SAP HR systems (SAP-SF full suite preferred); exposure to Rymnet is an added advantage In-depth knowledge of labour laws, HR processes, compliance requirements and current HR best practices Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Language proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) Technical Skills An SAP SuccessFactors expert Compensation & benefits design and benchmarking Performance management facilitation HRMS administration and optimization Data analysis and reporting to support decision-making Soft Skills & Attributes Strong leadership with the ability to coach, mentor and build effective teams Excellent stakeholder management and employee engagement capabilities at all levels Highly motivated, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities People-oriented with a strong customer service mindset Sounds like YOU Apply now and be part of GSC's team!
