Responsibilities: Be part of the Client Services Team to provide quality customer services to clients in a professional manner. Handle clients on-boarding, on-going account maintenance, and business processing related document checking and execution. Identifying needs of clients in order to enhance client satisfactions. Be proficient in the traditional mediums of customer contact, call-ins, emails, online chats. Attend to clients' enquiries on our product offerings, account opening / management matters and general enquiries. Reach out to our internal base of clients for their account matters. Requirements: Candidate must be able to accept 5 days work week (Off day to be arranged by Team Leader, may fall on weekday); able to work on Public Holiday (replacement leave will be given). Work from home on weekend; WFO on weekday. 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity in the equities or investment industry. Familiar with financial products like equities, funds and services. Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
