Support and coordinate in the following areas:

Improvements and New solution development
New services and products onboarding support and bug fix.

Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and CSDM
Design and implement new functionalities using Client Scripts, Business rules and UI Policy
Building/Reviewing/Maintaining technical design documents, Operation Manuals.
Bug fix and proactive performance improvement initiatives for Platform.
Experienced in customization for Catalogue and all ITSM modules.
Experienced with creating ITSM/ITOM Reporting dashboards.
Proactive monitoring and ensuring security compliance, user access controls.
Experience in defining IRE rules, Discovery Patterns and CMDB Classes
Code review and deployment, update sets creation.
