Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Executive / Senior Executive to support our management team and handle a wide range of administrative and general affairs duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities Act as Secretary to the Managing Director , managing schedules, travel and hotel arrangements, expense claims, and housing tenancy/maintenance. Liaise with secretaries and personal assistants of external clients and suppliers to coordinate meetings and communications. Arrange transportation, hotel bookings, and travel itineraries for company guests. Oversee General Affairs , including car and driver arrangements, staff insurance matters, first-aider responsibilities, office cleaning coordination, and stationery supplies. Manage tenancy and maintenance matters for the office premises and expatriate housing . Perform other administrative and general affairs duties as assigned by the management team. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field. At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in an administrative or general affairs role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Able to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Experience dealing with expatriate housing/office tenancy is an added advantage. Show more Show less
