- Contract records creation and maintenance in Ivalua/Ariba and SAP systems.
- Provide guidance and train suppliers in Ariba onboarding and registration.
- Generate Procurement reports from SAP BW and relevant Procurement systems.
- In future, to potentially expand role to handle administration of Tender/Request for Proposal (RFP) events using the procurement platform
- Assist to maintain and operate by Standard Operating Procedural (SOP) documentation for Tender and Contract Administration support services.
- Identify gaps and operational issues within Tender and Contract Administration support process and support the implementation of fixes, process enhancements or workarounds to address these gaps or issues.
- Support the maintenance of training materials and provide advisory to relevant internal stakeholders and users on the process steps
- Assist conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in Procurement system implementation projects or Change Requests (CR) enhancements.
- Internationally-accredited diploma in Accountancy, Business, Finance, supply chain, related.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Familiarity with contract management principles and sourcing processes, systems like Ariba, Ivalua, SAP
- Comfortable in using systems and technologie
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into clear business language and vice versa
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a customer-centric mindset and process-oriented thinking.
