- Develop and oversee the implementation of the hotel's marketing strategies.

- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Content Creation and Branding:
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and advertising materials.
- Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the Hotel Indigo brand identity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing, sales team, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives support broader business objectives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as necessary.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track expenditures and report on ROI for marketing activities.
- Performance Reporting:
- Prepare and present marketing plans, performance reports, and recommendations to the Director of Marketing.
- Use analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
