Your Mission : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across Singapore and Malaysia. Report to Marketing Director (SG/MY), the ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ecommerce (all platforms), Trade marketing and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving brand growth, enhancing customer engagement, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and brand awareness. Optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) for user experience, conversion rates, and SEO. Manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) and analyse performance to ensure maximum ROI. Trade Marketing: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute trade marketing plans that drive product visibility and sales in retail channels. Manage promotional activities, in-store displays, and POS materials to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness. Build strong relationships with key retail partners to maximize brand presence and sales opportunities. CRM Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value. Leverage customer data to create personalized marketing campaigns and improve customer segmentation. Monitor and analyse CRM performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and regional marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively. Budget Management: Plan and manage the marketing budget for Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Track and report on marketing expenses and ROI. Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics. The Ideal Candidate : Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on e-commerce, trade marketing and CRM. Proven experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple markets (Singapore and Malaysia preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and e-commerce ecosystems. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
