Provide professional billing, query management, credit control and debt collection services whilst maintaining good customer relations.

Oversee credit management to ensure timely debt collection in line with Global / Regional standards as per Network Finance Manual calculation
Ensure the finance processes comply with global / regional standards and, where there are deviations, these are adequately substantiated.
Safeguard the integrity of the billing process to ensure complete capture of revenue.
Manage and ensure all receipts are handled on time & accurate so as to meet regional targets
Work with the regional office to roll out global/regional programs
Develop a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility and cost consciousness
Regular customer visits to maintain good relationships

Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance
Having minimum of 10 years' relevant experience with 5 years in managerial role, in a shared services industry.
Able to manage, develop relationship and negotiate at all levels of management
Must be innovative, good communication, presentation and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
