
FP&A Team Lead

- Using Business intelligence tools to analyse both financial and non-financial data from various data sources.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
- Support APAC Operations Directors and business partners in strategic decision making and achieve shared goals, locally, regionally and globally
- Conduct variance analysis against forecast, budget and prior year, identifying key drivers of performance and proactively identifying opportunities for improvements
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyse trends and business performance
- Assist in preparation of board presentations as requested by Operations Directors and business partners
- Work closely with business partners and Operations Directors for to develop accurate financial plans for the quarterly forecasting process and annual budget
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 2 Analysts. Develop team members by providing coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the FP&A team
- Continuously evaluate and improve the FP&A processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Automate financial reports and dashboards, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across systems
- Any ad-hoc analyses and reports as needed to support decision making.
- Serve as a backup for the FP&A Senior Manager, providing assistance with financial strategy, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis as needed

- Experience in leading a Team
- Fluency in English
- Degree Qualified
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Ability to deal with multicultural environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to plan, organise and manage a number of tasks, working to tight deadlines.
- Demonstration of a "can-do" approach.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs to business and reporting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
