Legal Executive

Responsibilities :

Draft and review various legal documents for the company to ensure compliance with legal requirement.
Liaise with external solicitors and regulatory bodies.
Research and render general advice on legal issues in contracts/agreements and commercial matters.
Set up, organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for legal documents such as executed contracts/agreement and intellectual property files.
Update, monitor and track intellectual property files.
Update status and prepare reports for intellectual property.
Manage and assist Legal Unit in day-to-day administrative task including copying and scanning.
Collect and retrieve information from files as needed.
Prepare and edit correspondence, letters, memos, and spreadsheets.
Process and liaise with related department for execution and record keeping of legal documents.
Assist and support Legal Unit in executing their tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements :

LLB or any certificate in legal study.
Experience with document management systems.
Good command of English language (writing and speaking).
Candidate with legal background especially on intellectual property will be prioritized.
