Job Responsibility Issue Purchase Order, submit to vendors and coordinator and coordinate until the arrival of goods into the warehouse. Ensures the timely delivery of quality products. Participates in the selection of vendors based on a criteria. To review forecast with planning & production department. Analyst forecast against actual stock movement trend for purchasing planning. Ensure vendors invoices and documents meet requirements for importation. Communicate and manage variances/discrepancies with vendors. Conducts a comparative analysis on vendors prices. Reviews and evaluates the performance of the vendors. Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions. Verifies that the required order is within the agreed budget. To perform miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned. Job Requirements Candidates fluent in Mandarin is a must to deal with Mandarin-speaking management. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Proactive, Detail-oriented, Punctual, Responsible, Passionate, Personable, Microsoft Office Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
