Job Description In your new role you will: Conduct regular compliance check of control plan deployment and quality controls are regularly reviewed for improvements Non conformance handling moderation (process integration/unclear root cause) through DDM, MRB, QMR, SCAR systematic. Ensure timely and effective containment, risk assessment and disposition of internal non conformance Moderate 8D review for internal problem solving (MRB, QMR, Product Monitoring Failure) Active participation in daily QRA e.g. create awareness of top deviation detractors and their impacts and share effectiveness of defined actions Analyse quality KPI (stability index, MRB, QMR, DDM, SCAR, SPC) and drive improvement. Moderate weekly QRB Ensure verification and cascading of CAPA from 8D (MRB, QMR) within module Participate in weekly Process Review and follow up closure of action items for all processes Integration of Assembly-Test (PLA-PLT) quality related topics Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree/Master/PhD in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science) Preferred with minimum of 3-5 year of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with good package manufacturing knowledge and quality systematic knowhow. Good knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process and packaging technology. Good personality, positive mindset and independent.
