This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) , collaborating with our global partners to drive efficiency and implement process improvements. What You&aposll Do: In this dynamic role, you&aposll be instrumental in helping in achieving our global financial operations objectives. Accounts Receivable Focus: Work with countries in collecting overdue payments in a timely manner. Proactively monitor critical customer risk exposures to minimize potential bad debts. Work with countries and GBS to ensure timely cash applications to minimize the unapplied and unallocated unapplied balances. Accounts Payable Focus: Support countries and GBS in managing the accounts payable processes and vendor master data. Assist countries and GBS in managing vendor relationships efficiently. Divisional Reporting and Finance Projects: Execute periodic and ad-hoc working capital management reporting accurately in a timely manner. Provide assistance in various finance projects. Provide assistance in working capital flow chart designing and process defining. Provide assistance in policy writing and implementation. Specific responsibility to manage global agent AR and AP. What We&aposre Looking For: Experience: Preferably 1-2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role with exposure to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Viso. Strong command of PowerPoint for presentations and experience with data visualization tools is a plus. Familiarity with finance ERP systems (e.g., CargoWise1) will be valued. Analytical Skill: Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Communication & Collaboration: Able to interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds. You&aposre a true team player who thrives on shared accountability. Proactive Mindset: You&aposre a positive thinker who can perform under pressure and effectively present information to management and stakeholders.
