Job Description: The Driver Ops Excellence Specialist is responsible for optimizing driver resource allocation to align with business goals. This role involves strategic cost optimization through scheme modeling, budget planning, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong supply planning skills, coupled with the ability to support and lead various analytics projects aimed at enhancing supply and demand efficiency. Being the key contact point between OpEx and driver operations team Identify improvement opportunities based on data analysis, and voice of driver analysis and bring back to external stakeholders for further product or campaign enhancements. Collaborate with the Driver operations team to align driver resources with budget and supply planning. Support and lead analytics projects focused on increasing supply and optimizing budget Proactively address, identify, and tackle potential key issues and blockers in achieving operational excellence within the driver team. Manage and oversee projects related to operational process improvements from initiation to completion. Address any driver shortages or overages by adjusting campaign plans or sourcing additional resources Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field. Strong skills in analytics, cost optimization, budget planning, and financial analysis. Experience in supporting and leading analytics projects, particularly in supply and demand optimization. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
