This role also facilitates project operations and manages client relationships. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Finance Management: Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions Manage cash flow, banking activities Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures Project Support: Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth project operations Oversee invoices, procurement, and client relationships Manage contracts, insurance, and legal documentation Coordinate IT, facilities, and general services support Support Project functions such as training administrative & deliveries Who We&aposre Looking For: This opportunity is ideal for candidates with the following qualification backgrounds: Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in finance and administration , with at least 2 years in a managerial role Automotive Industry Experience is essential Experience in training deliveries, HRDF matters is an advantage Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities Qualifications: Malaysian permanent work rights only Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
