Job Description The Ops Planning Executive will report to the Ops Planning Manager and assist in daily B2B delivery activities. This role encompasses supporting all operational aspects of platforms where airasia Grocer operates. As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the platform, overseeing order management, logistics coordination, and ensuring warehouse operations meet your specified requirements. Responsibilities Assumes responsibility for coordinating and planning logistics for all B2B transactions. Daily tasks include planning logistics such as deliveries, orders, and routine arrangements. Coordinates order processing with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely fulfillment of all sales orders. Communicates with external logistics partners to manage and resolve order fulfillment issues. Analyzes cost-efficient and reliable external logistics partners for potential collaboration. Requirements Candidates should possess a minimum of Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in any field. A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required for this position. Applicants must be open to working in KL/PJ. Ability to showcase advanced computer skills. Demonstrated basic analytical abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suites is essential. Fluency in both written and spoken BM & English is required. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in an ecommerce environment.
