Our Commercial Planning have a direct impact on our new mission: converting smokers to our ground-breaking, smoke-free IQOS products. It's an energized, exciting, engaging experience. Your 'day to day' As a Commercial Planning Executive, you will be responsible to develop, plan and coordinate program mechanics, communication, deployment and execution of channel related Programs in coordination with the various commercial functions i.e. Commercial Deployment, Content, Portfolio, Digital Data and IT. You will be required to set a clear direction to achieve systematic integration of all activation, programs, marketing, channel execution activities to deliver optimum consumer satisfaction within the channel. Also, you will be tasked to deliver detailed analysis of business performance and KPI within the channel to drive improvements in all activation to achieve the business objective. Other responsibilities including: Designing & Deploy Trade Program (within the channel) . Deep understanding on the current consumer/ retailer's pain points and needs to co-design together with Commercial Deployment and Portfolio team for program solution that aims to deliver growth of consumables volume. . Contribute to the development of consumer / trade program mechanics through close collaboration with the various Commercial functions. Plan and manage cycle planning activities, timelines, calendar and KPI measurements to ensure sustainability and effectiveness of the program. . Ensure timely and efficient implementation of the approved plan through clear communication of plans to all relevant stakeholders to ensure effective rollout. Seek Efficiency & Optimization via PMO methodology . Continuously improve the efficiencies in operations & executions within the channel to create opportunities for new initiatives. . Source the right consumer data thru deep analysis and direct engagement with the channel's working team to better understand the operations to drive improvements. Establish Meaningful Business Intelligence . Usage of the right data and translate it into a vital business information with the main purpose to drive channel performance. The usage of the reporting and analysis should empower the channels and stakeholders to make conscious decision that favours our business goals. Ensuring timeliness and relevancy on existing efficiency check, claim report, program performance and other supporting report. Develop an Effective Stakeholder Collaboration . Proactively drive, coordinate and support all horizontal and vertical streams to define the right mechanics for every programs to be activated within the channel in an effective manner to support growth in business objective. With strong channel and business fundamentals, express ideas and input with the intention to drive strong business call to action. . Balance the outcome of the business and consumer needs in order to produce a quality outcome that supports consumer needs and business objective. Budget and Financial Planning . Ensure that budgets are managed efficiently within the channel. Support the channel to project accurate financial submission to our stakeholders based on the timeline. . Equip with the right capability gaining relevant information to run future projection with the purpose of forward planning and smoother preparation. Legal and Compliance . Apply the highest standards of integrity and full compliance with all applicable laws and PMI Principles & Practices across the organization to support long term sustainability of PM business. Who we're looking for . Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, specifically in consumer good sectors, supporting sales or marketing arms. Additional value for role that supports channel planning. . Strong ability to connect consumer needs into business objective. . Relentlessly seeking new value for our consumer / trade. . Continuously finding opportunity to transform learning into business opportunity. . Strong collaboration across levels and functions. . Microsoft Office savvy, especially Excel. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Proven exposure in project management environment with good problem-solving skills. . Preferred business degree with major in Business Admin or Business Management. Other relevant Degrees can also be considered that relates to the fields of Marketing/ Commerce or equivalent to it.
