This roles responsible to assist and execute in a wide array administrative roles and activities in specific areas relevant to the day-to-day work of the Head/Senior Manager of MLE & Knowledge to ensure both the tasks and processes run smoothly and effectively. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Execute the general administration activities in the function. Prepare and upkeep administration documentations and reports for all administration activities of their respective function. Organize other office activities related to their respective function which include organize, schedule meetings and appointments for respective Head/senior Manager. Ensure operations of their respective function adhere to policies and regulations. Keep abreast with all organizational changes and administrative requirements. Assist in resolving administrative problems and carry out duties as and when required by the Head/Senior Manager within the specified job scope. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration/Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience as Administration Executive or Generalist. Good analytical skills and well organised. Good interpersonal skills and people oriented. Good communication skills - written and verbal. Self - driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
