Senior / Income Audit Executive (Based in Kajang)

- Review and verify daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- Audit night audit reports, food & beverage revenue, and other income sources.
- Reconcile sales records with payment advice to ensure proper collection.
- Monitor rate variances and ensure correct pricing is applied.
- Audit cash transactions, credit card payments, and city ledger transfers.
- Investigate discrepancies and report findings to management.
- Conduct periodic spot audits on rooms and outlets to verify revenue postings.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports for management review.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures related to revenue reconciliation.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in income auditing or finance within a hotel/resort.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros, IDB Systems).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work in Sungai Long, Kajang.
