• Financial Reporting & Monthly Closing:

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurately and timely recorded.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis to compare actual results against budgets and forecasts, providing clear commentary on key performance drivers.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts, ensuring data integrity.
• General Ledger Management:

• Oversee and review daily general accounting activities, including journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and provisions.
• Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Ensure all financial transactions are processed in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Compliance & Audit:

• Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors, preparing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries to ensure a smooth and timely audit process.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory reports and tax computations, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline accounting processes, reduce manual effort, and improve the efficiency of financial operations.
• Contribute to the enhancement of internal controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SunSystems)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
