General Manager (Corporate Office) Responsibilities: . Plan and implement business plans and strategies to achieve company's objectives. . Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. Review financial reports and statements of every division and responsible in implementation of accounting, financial policies and control procedures to ensure compliance with group policies and procedures, statutory and corporate requirements. Cash flow management, credit control and taxation. Ensure expenses incurred are controlled and in line with budget. Costing, budgeting and financial planning. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and other statutory bodies/ authorities. To lead and oversee the full spectrum of finance, accounting, IT and taxation of group of manufacturing companies. Responsible to provide regular and ad hoc management information, business support information and financial advisory services to all divisions with the Group. Prepare regular reports and updates to the Management & BOD. Develop and manage the company's budget and ensure that financial targets are met. Requirements Possess at least MBA or its equivalent. M inimum 10 years post-qualification experience. Preferably Manager or Senior Manager specialized in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or its equivalent. Possess p rerequisite skills in investment analysis, investment proposal and mergers and acquisitions. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese. Resourceful, analytical, possess strong communication, presentation and effective writing skills in both English and Mandarin. Good business acumen and financial modelling skill.
