Senior Design Engineer

• In charge for overall Technical Department consist of Design section and Manufacturing section.
• Conduct planning on development part stage such as part design, tooling design, feasibility study, development schedule etc.
• Lead and guide engineers on metal fabrication/ welding/ etc. while faciliatate programming and assembly.
• Responsible for design & verification on drawing and process.
• Research & Prototyping of manufacturing processes to ensure quality services & Zero defects.
• Work in close coordination with Process and Project Development and participate in implementation of tools in Manufacturing Units for continuos improvements.
• Continually improve techniques, methods in achieving Zero defects in manufacturing processes at minimal cycle times, etc.
• Act as Manager in charge as the position is meant to be groomed for a Manager in near future.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in mechanical engineering, or another related field.
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (warehouse racking products)
• Knowledge in AutoCAD/Solidworks.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Leadership, resourceful and able to handle multiple tasks and assignments independently.
• Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
