Logistic Export Executive

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
• Minimum 2-3 years in customer service in freight forwarding industry.
• Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, with minimum supervision.
• Must be a team player with good working attitude and behaviour.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Exceptional customer service and follow up skills.

• Prepare and manage export documentation including shipping instructions, invoices, and packing lists.
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers for smooth shipment operations.
• Coordinate export schedules with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Ensure export processes meet international trade regulations.
• Resolve any discrepancies in shipment or documentation.
