- Full P&L and budgeting responsibility and accountability for all locations in your market
- Analyse and create action plans based on financial reports and data to drive the business forwards.
- Deliver monthly presentations to The Flexi Group Regional Senior Leadership and Executive team, effectively communicating on monthly performance and plans to drive growth.
- Obtain and analyse P&L reports, and conduct variance analysis when required. Ensure your team is well equipped and informed to deliver, understand and influence their respective performance reports.
- Together with both your Community Team and Headquarter teams, ensure aged receivables are followed up with to minimize late payments and ensure month-end finance reporting can be completed on time.
- Ensure you and the team deliver a personalised, high-quality member experience to all members.
- Develop relationships with members and proactively understand their needs in order to bring ideas and recommendations to the table, create an action plan and ensure it is followed through to a high level, with the aim of exceeding the expectations of every member, improving the overall member experience.
- Ensure every location team delivers a well maintained, clean and functioning space for members. Assist and guide the team in managing maintenance issues and ensure member satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Director of Operations and Tech Team to adopt digital tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Utilise data to form solutions.
- Together with the Events Specialist of Malaysia and Headquarter marketing team, drive community event organisation and idea generation - ensuring that each event is well organised, well-attended and content is sufficient to be utilised across social media channels.
- Attend and support internal and external events by being an ambassador of the company.
- Work with the country Community Team and Sales teams to ensure that your locations achieve and surpass annual budgets related to occupancy and profitability. The ultimate accountability of performance lies with the Country Manager.
- Lead end-to-end sales to enterprise customers - often developing custom-built solutions for teams of over 100+.
- Together with your country teams and headquarter marketing team, develop strategies and promotions to drive sales, lead generation and ultimately increase occupancy increase occupancy in your locations.
- Together with the Sales team, manage the sales funnel for triple-digit monthly deal flow, ensuring that each lead is followed up on and that negotiations are taking place to result in closure.
- Accountable for ensuring that all tours provided across the team and from you are exemplary, ensuring the team is well-trained for their venues
- Together with the Commercial and Real Estate teams, maintain strong relationships with our landlord partners - communicating effectively on performance, renewals and collaborative opportunities.
- Drive and lead the overall growth of the business in your country through further partnerships with major landlords and asset owners.
- Understand the commercial real estate market through personal market research and building and maintaining strong relationships with top brokers in the market (KL, JB, Penang), as well as potential opportunities to grow our products and services.
- Set SMART personal and professional goals for your direct team via bi-annual performance reviews, and ensure that all other members of the Community Team are set ambitious personal goals.
- Assist with training and coaching your team to achieve collective and individual growth.
- Together with the People team, drive recruitment needs across your market. Assist with the interview and hiring process to ultimately make the final hiring decision with approval from the CEO.
- Manage, inspire, support and guide your team to achieve their goals, holding regular one-on-ones and team meetings for clear communication.
- Five-plus years experience in a customer-facing leadership position, ideally within sales, commercial real estate or hospitality.
- Has strong commercial acumen with proven experience in managing multiple P&L’s and driving business performance.
- Demonstrable experience in managing a team with multiple layers of leadership.
- Highly personable with strong verbal and written communication.
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask.
- Thrives under pressure and is solution-oriented.
- University Degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in coworking, hospitality or commercial real estate will be advantageous.
- Fluency in English.
