If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us…Job ResponsibilitiesLiaison with business stakeholders to translate business data requirements into tracking metrics, analytics and reporting;Work with business stakeholders to support portfolio, product and sales initiatives such as business performance, product programs, performance metrics, etc;Generate, maintain, enhancement dashboards and reports that are shared to business stakeholders to monitor business performance and momentum, sales performance management (includes RM performance scorecard), customer and product profitability;Manage ad-hoc MIS and analysis request to support for business proposition, product performance, front-end application approval tracking and business strategy decision;Constantly exploring to reduce / streamline via automation and optimization of the reporting processes and accuracy;Maintain and support BCB data repositories. Champion enhancement of business analyses and data management and reporting;Conduct and coordinate for periodical or ad-hoc data cleansing / integrity checks.Job RequirementsDegree in Mathematics / Finance / Statistics / Data Management / Data Science or its equivalent;Minimum 5 years of experience in Business analysis or related field and experience in leading a unit, preferable in the banking industry;Experience in programming languages, i.e. SQL / Excel VBA / Tableau / Power BI and knowledge in data management, analysis and simulation.Experience in MIS reporting, analytics, automation;Business Banking portfolio knowledge, Statistical knowledge, will have an added advantage.About Hong Leong BankWe are a leading financial institution in Malaysia backed by a century of entrepreneurial heritage.
