About The Company My client is a rapidly expanding player in the real estate industry and is currently seeking an HR & Admin Executive to join their team. Located in Shah Alam Offers up to RM5,500 About The Team You will report to the HR Manager and primarily work as a sole contributor. About The Role You will work an end-to-end HR generalist and admin role, as follows: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate onboarding & offboarding and ensure all the necessary documentations are in proper order. Keep track of staff accommodations' rental agreements & renewal. Keep track of staff contract expiry and ensure contract renewal on timely manner. Maintain systematic HR data and records including e-P files. Manage employee benefit programs, including insurance, leave, etc. Skills And Experience You will come with 3 - 5 years of working experience as an HR generalist.
