about the teamYou will report to the Regional General Manager based in Selangor, and to the general manager of the KL office on a day-to-day basis.about the roleThe role is primarily that of a Talent Acquisition Lead with elements of an HRBP in it. You will:

Own and support the end-to-end recruitment process across APAC, including sourcing, selection, reference checks, etc.
Act as a point of contact for subsidiaries' IR/ER issues, as well as to guide managers and employees on HR policies
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning

skills and experienceYou will come with at least 4 - 7 years of experience in talent acquisition.
