Tanggungjawab

Perform production, preparation, optimize simple assembly line SOPs, assembly, quality control check inspection, packaging and labeling of Snaptec products.
Perform installation, maintenance, and software updates at customer locations.
Troubleshoot issues over the phone or on-site.
Repair and identify problems in Snaptec products.
Perform filter changes for Snaptec products.
Perform sales support roles.
Delight customers by giving them a memorable experience.
Maintain and go beyond to achieve high-quality customer satisfaction.
Handle customer enquiries and dissatisfaction.
Work closely with Admin & Operations as a team.
