Our client is an international retail chain, looking for a Retail Operation Specialist to join them!Responsibilities

Align operations with HQ standards and local regulations
Drive performance and efficiency in new and existing store rollouts, ensure daily operations meet SOP and compliance standards
Monitor and manage KPIs for optimal operational outcomes, maintain accurate stock levels and high merchandising standards
Lead new market store setups and operational rollouts
Implement and optimize retail systems and processes
Identify product opportunities and support go-to-market strategies

Requirements

Has 3 to 5 years of experience in retail operations or leadership roles
Willing to relocate internationally for project assignments
Degree in Business, Retail, Marketing, or relevant field
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and collaborative
Proficient in retail systems, tools, and data analysis
