The Augmentation Team Operation Manager manages Ancileo&aposs cross-functional intern program (5 to 10 interns), this role oversees interns across Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, maximizing intern team output using established AI tools. Core Responsibilities Cross-Functional Intern Program Management Recruit, onboard, and develop high-potential interns across all business functions Create structured learning pathways combining domain expertise with AI tool proficiency Design rotation programs (when possible) allowing exposure across Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Operations Implement performance management systems tracking both individual growth and AI-augmented productivity Establish mentorship networks connecting interns with senior staff across departments AI Tool Integration & Training Train interns on existing AI tools and platforms Create standardized AI-augmented workflows for common tasks across departments Develop training materials and best practices for AI tool utilization Monitor and optimize intern productivity Establish protocols for AI-human collaboration in different business contexts Departmental Coordination & Project Management Coordinate intern assignments across departments based on business priorities and learning objectives Facilitate knowledge transfer between departments through structured project rotations Manage resource allocation ensuring balanced coverage across all business functions Create cross-functional project teams combining interns from different specializations Maintain clear communication between department heads and intern program management Strategic Workforce Planning Develop talent pipeline strategies aligned with Ancileo&aposs growth Create succession planning frameworks identifying high-potential interns for full-time conversion Build employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier intern candidates Establish partnerships with universities for continuous talent pipeline development Direct Reporting: CEO or COO Hard Line: All program interns report directly to you Dotted Line: Department heads provide domain expertise and project assignments Key Requirements 5-7 years experience in talent and performance development, program management Proven track record managing internship or graduate trainee programs Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical business applications Cross-functional business experience, preferably in tech/fintech/insurance sectors Exceptional project management and coordination skills across multiple departments Strong interpersonal skills for working with senior leadership and junior talent Experience in performance management, feedback delivery, and talent assessment Comfortable learning and training others on new digital tools and technologies Cultural fit for collaborative, fast-paced startup environment Show more Show less
