As a Senior Cost Analyst, for the industrial team, you will play a critical role in analyzing the profitability and efficiency of our industrial operations. You will collaborate as a Business Partner with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and play a key role in identifying cost-saving opportunities. The position requires a proactive approach and strong communication skills. You will regularly prepare detailed reports, monitor budget variances, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making to improve the company's overall financial performance. Responsibilities Cost Control and Reporting Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to top management. Monitor Budget variances and recommend actions collaborating across departments. Implement cost control measures and track their effectiveness. Relate data in the factory to finance figures to provide actionable insights. Proactively identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in operations. Ensure correct stock valuation and asset management to maintain financial accuracy. Budgeting and Forecasting Assist in preparation of the Budget and financial Forecast. CAPEX Support in tracking Capex projects ROI Support in tracking Capex projects expenditure (actual, planned) Financial Data Management Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data. Support finance team on month end activities Interact with ERP system (SAP) to manage and analyze financial data effectively. Collaboration and Communication Assist in communication of financial results to all stakeholders across the organization. Work closely with relavant stakeholders e.g production, procurement and finance teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering or a related field. Knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices, ideally within a factory environment, is a plus. Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience is a plus. Previous exposure to Excel and SAP is required. Previous experience in a Factory environment is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
