Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager located in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing accounts, providing technical support, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will involve identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, offering product and technical expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop Strategic Plans for specific Key Accounts for Profitable Sustainable Growth Understand the SKF&aposs segment offering for the market and increase Share of Business with the mapped Accounts Leverage across value chain for growth at customer accounts Develop key differentiated value proposition offering for Key Accounts Steer the segment strategy. Plan and achieve business target . Customer Relationship management through dedicated process on customer engagement Should be able to work in a highly matrix environment without direct reporting structure Managing the NMO/ CSO/ ASO offers and product positioning for the Account . Single point talking partner for the global Segment Organization and leverage the expert knowledge for growth of Key Account Introduction of SKF in areas where SKF have a product but are not registered. Guiding the other teams such as application engineering strategically in developing Solution offers. Ensures effective teamwork and working in a seamless process within the platforrm function Monitor and report developments, trends in industry, segment and customer including competitor handling.
