Primary Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for project proposal design and sales support, including customer needs guidance, proposal planning and formulation, competitive strategy analysis, bid preparation and organisation, and technical exchange activities; 2. Develop and review regional project product configuration lists and supply interfaces to ensure accuracy, and coordinate internal and external collaboration issues during solution implementation; 3. Compile and manage relevant technical documentation, and coordinate the resolution of key technical issues during project implementation; 4. Maintain ongoing technical communication and collaboration with key clients and internal teams to ensure efficient interaction; 5. Promote relevant products and solutions within the region, support major marketing activities, collect and feedback typical application cases, assist in case packaging and promotional planning, and deliver thematic presentations; 6. Provide technical training and empowerment to internal sales teams and project management teams; 7. Participate in technical support and coordination for key projects within the region, ensure smooth internal and external communication, and drive the successful signing and initial delivery of projects; 8. Assist on-site delivery teams and project managers in resolving major technical issues during on-site implementation and drive closed-loop management of issues; 9. Collect and analyse new requirements and technical differences arising from changes in customers, markets, competitors, projects, and regulations within the region, organise internal assessments, and drive the implementation of valuable solutions and requirements. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor&aposs degree or higher, preferably in power electronics, electrical engineering, new energy, or related fields; 2. Excellent English language skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing), with strong communication and coordination abilities; familiarity with SEA languages is a plus; 3. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred; 4. Prior experience in the new energy, power electronics, inverter, or battery energy storage system industries is preferred; 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, familiarity with CAD drawing and PVsyst software is preferred; 6. Strong teamwork and coordination skills, able to adapt to short-term business trips to Southeast Asia; 7. Prior experience as a Solutions Manager or Product Manager is preferred. Show more Show less
