Main Duties & Responsibilities Deliver highly effective support to the properties by conducting revenue management reviews. Work with GM's during these visits to prescribe appropriate action steps to grow RevPAR and market share. Practice appropriate follow-up to ensure that strategies are executed effectively. Close potential Revenue Management or system knowledge gaps if identified during the reviews with an appropriate development plan. Identify barriers to success and work effectively with key stakeholders (including Finance, Marketing, Sales and Operations) to overcome these. Leverage all available company resources (human, technological and otherwise) toward the maximization of revenue streams, and ensure that leadership in each property does the same. Contribute to the professional development of property Revenue Management leadership and provide input in their annual performance reviews. Ensure that appropriate succession planning is carried out within the properties, safeguarding the sustainability of the discipline. Actively participate in recruitment and selection of Revenue Management talent within the properties Support Onyx Corporate Revenue & Distribution Strategy in rolling out new RM initiatives, guidelines and policies and review their effective implementation on property level accordingly. Proactively support new hotel openings across the globe, contributing to the creation and implementation of pre-opening plans for the Revenue Management discipline. Perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require Educational Qualification / Experience Bachelors degree in Business and/or a hotel industry related post high school qualification (e.g. Diploma in Hotel Management) AND A minimum of 2 years' experience in a regional role within a four/five-star hotel environment with a highly developed management style and a successful track record in Revenue Management.
