- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Assessing financial feasibility, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and preparing budgets for new projects or business ventures. Monitoring expenses and ensuring profitability.
- Diploma/ degree holder in audit/ business administration/ real estate or equivalent qualifications
- 3 years working experience in the relevant industry
- Result driven and a great team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel around
