Role and Responsibilities: Actively monitor and participate in conversations across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with our audience and reflects our brand voice. Develop and implement strategies to grow and strengthen our online community, fostering a positive and inclusive environment. Track, analyze, and report on community engagement metrics to provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns. Plan and execute online events, such as live Q&A sessions, webinars, and community challenges, to increase engagement and brand loyalty. Address and escalate any community issues or crises with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring a swift and appropriate response. Support the sales and marketing team in daily administrative tasks and localization projects. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience in managing social media accounts and fostering community engagement, especially on Telegram Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. A second language such as Spanish or French is highly regarded. Great interest in the finance and trading industry.
