Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Medical Laboratory Scientist, located in Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Medical Laboratory Scientist will be responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory tests, maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with healthcare providers to support clinical diagnoses. The role also includes mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with laboratory safety protocols. Qualifications Proficient in Medical Technology, Laboratory Skills, and Laboratory Medicine Strong knowledge of Pathology Experience with Quality Control in a laboratory setting Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team Strong communication and organizational skills Bachelor&aposs degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or equivalent is a plus Show more Show less
