Join us today! https://www.mfm.com.my/careers/ Job Description Foreign Worker Management To assist HR Executive in the foreign worker management, include new foreign worker application, work permit renewal and FOMEMA. Handling new and renewal applications for foreign worker permits, liaising with relevant government departments like the Labour Department, Immigration, and MIDA. Responsible for recruitment of foreign workers, renewal of the work permit and medical check-up. Responsible to provide required report on a timely manner when required. Ensuring the welfare and well-being of foreign workers under the company's employment. Prepare and issue various letter include IR letter such as show cause, warning and reminder letter as well as C&B letter such as confirmation within stipulated time frame. Advise and support on issues related to labour legislations, and disputes. HR Operations Manage overall staff personal files and information, ensuring all information/files are kept with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity. Attend to all queries with regards to staff matters i.e. leave management, attendance management and payroll management. Manage timely production, collation, storage and reporting data pertaining to organisational headcounts, labour cost, and employees' personal records. HR Policies and Procedures Assist to develop relevant HR policies and procedures, act as the custodian of all HR policies, and guide managers accordingly. Maintain and update the HR policies and procedures as and when require to ensure it is kept current. Advise and support on issues related to labour legislations, and disputes. Employee Medical Coverage Medical Third Party Administrator (TPA) on outpatient, outpatient specialist and dental for staff and/or family members. Handling outpatient claim and issuing guarantee letters on need basis. Handling SOSCO claims submission. Annual Salary Review & Bonus Payout Assist in the preparation of annual salary review and bonus exercise. Document performance feedback for all workforce at the farm, from Managers and Farm Managers. Reporting Reporting on Attrition Rate, Demographics, Overtime, Government agencies, etc. Identify and highlight any recognisable trend to alert the HR Manager for necessary interventions. Perform other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field.
