Role Description The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations for the Group, including financial reporting, group consolidation, compliance, budgeting, and regional oversight of operations in Indonesia. This role requires strong leadership, analytical capabilities, and experience in corporate finance and capital markets. Responsibilities Oversee monthly and annual financial closing and consolidation for the group of companies. Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial statements in accordance with MFRS/IFRS. Review and analyse group-level financial performance, including cash flow, variance, and KPI reports. Manage year-end audit processes and coordinate with external auditors. Oversee tax compliance and planning in collaboration with tax agents. Prepare board papers and financial reports for senior management and stakeholders. Act as the main liaison with trustees, rating agencies, and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with bond covenants and disclosure requirements. Manage submissions of financial compliance certificates, quarterly reports, and investor updates. Support refinancing, fundraising, and other corporate finance initiatives. Supervise and review financial performance of overseas operations. Provide financial input for regional strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Monitor regulatory and compliance risks for regional entities. Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ICAEW) is required. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in project finance, renewable energy, or infrastructure is highly desirable. Prior involvement with capital market instruments is an added advantage. Regional exposure, especially to Indonesian finance operations, is a strong plus. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent financial modelling, analysis, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
