Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in SAP FICO CO module implementation and support. Strong knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and customization. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
