Responsibilities Vacancy 1 To verify parts pricing using the appropriate cost calculation as well as identify the best results through cost analysis. To frequently involve in series of commercial negotiation with vendors. To plan and execute Value Added Value Engineering (VAVE) or cost down activities. To process Material Requisition Form (MRF) to Purchase Order (PO) for service parts and accessories. To manage part price registration and update in system for new model introduction and Replacement Equipment Manufacturer (REM) part. To perform other responsibilities or special projects as and when required. Vacancy 2 To adapt with procurement process, products development, manufacturing process and project management. To coordinate plan for vendor appointments such as new model introduction and procurement strategies. To prepare technical/ commercial reports, price negotiation plan and costing analysis. To monitor cost elements such as amortization, toolings management and product life cycle activities. To perform other responsibilities or special projects as and when required. Requirements Hold a Bachelor Degree in any related field. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and urgency. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively. Possess good numerical, analytical, problem-solving skill, focused and self motivated. Good in report writing (English and Bahasa Malaysia). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Understand basic cost calculation methods and procurement functions. Experience in handling vendor issues is an added advantage. Show more Show less
