Job Scope: * Customer Support: Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers managing returns or exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
  • Feedback Management: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement, sharing insights with relevant teams to enhance products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by being attentive, responsive, and proactive in addressing their needs and preferences, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience, sharing feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements: * Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the beverage industry or a related field.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in processing orders, managing customer information, and ensuring accuracy in all customer interactions.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, order management systems, and other relevant tools used in customer support operations.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships.
