
Executive, Reservation & Sales Support (Turkish Cargo)

- Monitor and validate daily shipment records, ensuring rate quotations and system data are aligned.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to update or correct shipment records where required.
- Support premium and urgent space requests by coordinating with head office or partner carriers.
- Track connecting shipments to ensure they are flown as booked; proactively manage delays or re-bookings in coordination with space controllers.
- Communicate delays or disruptions to agents with proper justification and documentation.
- Process interline bookings (trucking) and coordinate with partner airlines on movement and irregularities.
- Maintain regular reports for interline bookings and escalate service recovery needs when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to deliver a high level of customer support and satisfaction.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Aviation, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in cargo reservations, sales support, or airline operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal and external parties.
- Familiarity with cargo systems (e.g., CargoSpot, Skychain) is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to operational changes.
