Duration: 1 year + extension Hybrid working 3 days office 2 days from home About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Pre-Engagement Coordinator to support our project and hiring processes. This is an administrative role where you'll help manage documentation, supplier coordination, onboarding, and invoice tracking. You'll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations before a project kicks off. Key Responsibilities Assist in collecting and organizing job descriptions, budget details, and supplier proposals Prepare and track contracts, resource requests, and approvals Help manage onboarding checklists, background checks, and paperwork Track project-related data (invoices, forecasts, reports, etc.) using Excel or tracking systems Support with invoice follow-ups and resolving billing issues with internal and supplier teams Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems (e.g. Salesforce - nice to have) Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Legal, Finance) for compliance and admin needs Respond to queries from internal stakeholders and escalate issues when needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of administrative, PMO support, or coordination experience Strong skills in organizing, tracking, and following up tasks across multiple teams Good with numbers, Excel, and handling billing or invoice information Excellent written and verbal English communication Ability to work independently and handle multiple admin tasks Experience in consulting or financial services is a plus, but not required Familiarity with Salesforce or similar tools is helpful, but not mandatory ???? Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field ????
